Who is Niwashyu?
Keizo Hayano
As the Head Designer and Representative Director, Mr. Hayano combines extensive landscape-architectural knowledge with meticulous attention to detail. His proficiency spans design, construction, and quality management, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. With a career beginning in 1991, he has garnered experience across various roles, including design, construction supervision, and as a tile craftsman. In 2009, he established Niwashyu, aiming to create exterior and garden designs that harmonize with the environment and are cherished by clients for years to come.
Anika Ogusu
Ms. Ogusu is the Plant Coordinator at Niwashyu and serves as the primary liaison for overseas clients. Fluent in English and German, she facilitates seamless communication for international projects. Beyond her coordination role, Ms. Ogusu is a skilled gardener, professionally trained in Japanese garden maintenance. Her deep understanding of traditional gardening techniques complements her passion for creating and preserving beautiful landscapes. Combining her horticultural expertise with exceptional client service, she ensures that every project reflects the timeless beauty of Japanese gardens.
